Who We Are

This event platform ("Service") is operated by ARNG Events, a private company. The Service is developed for use by Army National Guard units and Recruiters, but ARNG Events is not part of the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Army, or the Army National Guard, and the Service is not an official DoD information system.

References to the Army National Guard are for coordination and identification only.

Voluntary Use

Use of this site and its tools is voluntary. Access to Army National Guard events, enlistment opportunities, or benefits is not conditioned on using this Service. Applicants can work directly with Recruiters or through official Army National Guard channels instead.

Units and Recruiters choose at their own discretion whether to use this platform for event promotion and communication.

Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals 13 years of age or older. If you are under the age of majority in your state, your use of this Service should be with the knowledge or consent of a parent or guardian where required by local law.

Information You Provide

You may provide information such as your name, contact details, age, and responses to RSVP and survey questions. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have permission to submit any photos or content you upload.

You grant ARNG Events and the Army National Guard units using this platform a non-exclusive license to use your submitted information and media for event coordination, safety, and recruiting-related communication, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

Communications & Messaging

By submitting your information, you may agree to receive SMS text messages and/or emails related to event confirmations, reminders, updates, follow-up messages about your experience, and limited recruiting-related information from Army National Guard partners.

Message and data rates may apply. You can typically reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for assistance. Messaging services may be delivered via third-party providers.

Third-Party & Guard Relationship

ARNG Events provides this platform as a third-party service provider to Army National Guard organizations. Army National Guard units and Recruiters decide how they use the Service and are responsible for their own communications and content. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment or agency relationship between you and ARNG Events, or between ARNG Events and the Department of Defense.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including submitting false information, impersonating another person, uploading harmful or illegal content, or attempting to interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

No Official Advice

Information on this platform is for general informational and recruiting support purposes only and does not replace official Army National Guard regulations, policies, or legal advice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. ARNG Events does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARNG Events is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total direct liability, if any, will be limited to the amount you paid (if anything) to use the Service.

Changes to These Terms

The Terms may be updated periodically. The "Last updated" date is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
