Guard Policy, Data Protection & Security
How this platform protects visitors, Soldiers, and Army National Guard partners.
1. What ARNG Events Is (and Isn’t)
ARNG Events is a web-based tool created by ARNG Events to support Army National Guard marketing, recruiting, and community events.
This platform helps units, Recruiters, and RRB Marketing NCOs publish events, collect RSVPs, manage check-ins, and export lead lists in a consistent, easy-to-use format.
ARNG Events is not an official U.S. Army, National Guard Bureau, Department of Defense, or federal information system.
Use of this platform by any Army National Guard organization is done at that organization’s discretion as a third-party marketing and outreach tool.
2. Third-Party Tool, Not a DoD System
ARNG Events is a private company and this platform is a commercial product. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by the Department of Defense.
Any logos or references to the Army National Guard are used to describe who the platform is designed to support, not to imply ownership or operational control.
ARNG Events is similar in risk profile to tools like Eventbrite® or other public event registration platforms used by state and federal agencies.
