ARNG Events is operated by ARNG Events ("we", "us").

The platform is developed for use by Army National Guard units and Recruiters, but ARNG Events is not part of the U.S. Department of Defense or the U.S. Army, and this is not an official DoD information system.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Contact details such as name, email, mobile phone number, city, state, ZIP code, and age.
RSVP and check-in details, such as which event you plan to attend or attended.
Survey responses about your experience.
Photos you upload in connection with events.

Information Collected Automatically

Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage logs.
Cookies or similar technologies used to remember your state selection and improve the Service.

How We Use Your Information

To manage RSVPs, check-ins, and event logistics.
To send SMS and email communications about event confirmations, reminders, updates, and follow-up surveys.
To share necessary information with participating Army National Guard units and Recruiters so they can contact you about events and opportunities.
To maintain, secure, and improve the Service, including analytics and troubleshooting.

SMS, Email, and Messaging

If you provide your phone number and agree, we may send you SMS messages using providers such as Twilio. Messages may include event details, reminders, and limited recruiting-related follow-ups. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and request help by replying HELP.

If you provide your email, we may send similar communications by email. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails where available.

With Army National Guard units, Recruiters, and marketing staff who are using this platform to manage events and follow up with interested individuals.

We do not sell your personal information to third-party advertisers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
